 Pak Army Soldier Requirments

Pakistani nationals and residents of Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan must renounce their non-Pakistani nationality after selection.

Applicants must submit the following documents to the Army Selection and Recruitment Center (AS&RC): 

► Original/detailed mark sheet and two attested copies of each educational certificate/degree/diploma. 

► Applicants working in government agencies/departments must submit proof of eligibility from the agency. 

► Copy of proof of residence. 

►Copy of her computerized ID card and confirmation receipt received from NADRA. 

► 6 x color images successfully verified (front and back). 

► Candidates must bring a degree certified by HEC/PEC and PVMC. 

► Application Form Verification: When successful candidates fill out the application form at the Army Selection and Recruitment Center, the information in the relevant paragraphs/columns must be checked to ensure that there are no blank fields. 

► Be Careful! Expired ID cards will not be accepted..

Further selection process:

Candidates recommended by the Inter-Services Selection Committee will undergo a detailed medical examination at the nearest Allied Forces Hospital. The Headquarters Selection Committee will conduct interviews with candidates recommended by the Interservice Selection Committee. Transportation expenses and daily allowances are not accepted. The final selection will be made at the Headquarters (GHQ) based on the overall performance of the candidates.

Registration and first selection process

Registration via the Internet. Candidates can register through the internet or by visiting the Army Selective Recruitment Center (AS&RC). The following steps are for registration via the Internet. Candidates can register for the test at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk. The date and time will be announced on the homepage. An email account is required. Candidates will enter the exact date and time of the preliminary exam on the computerized roll number slip. Once the date is specified, it will not be changed. Candidate has to register her email address at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk. The date and time of the exam will be announced on the website. Candidates can report to their nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Center for registration/assignment of list number along with the required documents (as mentioned in the advertisement) and prospectus fee to complete the registration process .

Candidates must bring these items with them on the day of the exam.

Pre-medical examination will be conducted at AS&RC. Candidates must meet the following physical criteria during pre-screening:

► 1 mile run - 9 minutes 

► Push-ups - 10 in 2 minutes 

► Sit-ups - 10 in 2 minutes 

► Pull-ups - 2 in 2 minutes
